Agreement:
Reservations/Holds: A minimum $500 deposit will reserve & hold puppy through the agreed pick-up date.

Deposits received will be applied to the price of puppy.
​
Deposits are always non-refundable.
​
Health Guarantee: We guarantee puppy health for three full years.
Our dams and sires are Embark DNA & Health tested. We utilize these test results to select the very best pairing, which gives us the ability to guarantee your puppy is free from all common diseases tested that affect the Pomeranian Breed.*
Copies of the parents Embark DNA & Health results are available upon request to all Buyers.

With champions in all of our bloodlines, we work hard to eliminate major faults and health defects in our offspring.
We do our very best to ensure puppy health for years to come.

Should an unfortunate health related death occur within the first three years of puppy life, Seller will replace puppy.
For replacement, Buyer must comply with the following steps:
​
1. Buyer has a period of three days after purchase to complete a private veterinarian exam looking for major faults or health defects. Results of this exam must be emailed to Seller.
2. If death occurs within three years of life, Buyer must request the veterinarian office to mail or email an official "Cause of Death" letter within three business days of puppy passing to Seller.
3. Letter must be written on official letterhead and signed by the attending veterinarian.
4. The letter must show the clinical cause of death occurred as direct result of a major fault or health defect of puppy.
Seller agrees upon receipt of the "Cause of Death" notice to offer Buyer an immediate replacement puppy from the most current litter available.
If a replacement puppy is not available at the time, a replacement puppy will be offered from the next available litter.
Exchanges/Returns: Buyer must comply with the following:
1. Buyer has a period of three days to complete a private veterinarian exam.
2. In the unlikely event that a major health problem, fault or defect is discovered, Buyer must provide Seller written diagnosis as supplied by private veterinarian.

3. Once received, Seller reserves the right to have puppy examined by another veterinarian of choice, for a second opinion
3. If confirmed, Buyer may return puppy to Seller, along with original AKC paperwork for an equivalent exchange.
If a replacement puppy is not available at the time of exchange, Buyer is guaranteed a puppy from the next available litter.
Foxy Forest Poms shall not be responsible for any veterinary fees incurred by Buyer, and all exchanges/returns shall be at Buyers' expense.
Fees paid for shipping, handling, health certifications and/or costs of shipping crates are non-refundable.

Surrender/Refund:
Buyer agrees prior to purchase to care for the daily needs of puppy.
Buyer agrees that puppy will require ongoing potty training.
Buyer acknowledges puppy may cry when left alone or unattended.
Buyer agrees to have a secure play pen, kennel or fenced yard to keep puppy safe while outdoors.
Buyer agrees puppy accidents may happen, and Buyer is willing to spend time guiding and training puppy, with love, treats, rewards and tons of patience.
Buyer understands the complexities of a new puppy and Buyer has realistic expectations of the responsibilities that come with a new puppy in the home.
Buyer understands the Seller does not offer refunds.
Should some life event prevent Buyer from keeping puppy, Buyer agrees to voluntarily surrender puppy to Foxy Forest Poms.**
Buyer agrees to never place puppy in a shelter or foster home of any kind.
Buyer agrees never to sell puppy to another party, no matter the circumstances.
Buyer may surrender puppy to Foxy Forest Poms at any time without any sort of backlash or judgement.
Seller will always take puppy back as long as Buyer is transparent and can provide details of the need for surrender.
Seller does not offer refunds, however Seller may offer a partial refund once puppy has been properly evaluated by our veterinarian and only after a new secondary forever home has been found.
* Foxy Forest Poms offers no guarantee against intestinal roundworms, hookworms, tapeworms, heartworms or whipworms and all other microscopic bugs like, giardia or coccidia.
Worms and parasites can be transferred through mother’s milk, or contaminated soil.
While we do our very best to ensure every puppy is in the best health possible by providing preventative treatment, such as age and weight appropriate deworming and flea treatment, we are unable to guarantee against normal worms, bugs and parasites common to all dog breeds.
** Should Buyer surrender puppy, buyer guarantees Seller, puppy is in excellent health, UTD on shots, recently dewormed and treated for fleas.
Buyer must surrender puppy with all veterinarian records, the original AKC paperwork with a completed transfer of ownership signed by Buyer, and any other original documentation provided at the time of purchase.
If puppy is displaying any signs of sickness, such a coughing, diarrhea, fever, lethargy, fleas, or mange, puppy will not be allowed to be returned to Foxy Forest Poms until puppy has been properly vetted, screened and shows signs of a full recovery.
Buyer acknowledges that Seller cannot receive a sick puppy back.

All refunds, if applicable, will be mailed to Buyer after a new secondary forever home has been secured for puppy.
